bible-21           Snippets on the book of Enoch

Some people today feel, as the book of Enoch is not included in the bible, then we should not read it, but it is interesting to know, it was included in the Jewish books and it has been quoted by bible characters such as Jude, the half-brother of Jesus.

Jude shows in verse 6 “And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgement of the great day”. Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.”14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, 15 To execute judgement upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him”. Thus proving that these rebellious angels that came down are preserved for the judgement day of our lord when he returns.

So, how or why was the book of Enoch removed? After the death of the apostles the leaders of the Christian church formed a council of ministers and they decided what should or should not be included in the modern bible. Hence, it was removed, but it was well known to the Jews including our lord Jesus.

Quoted from the internet. (Copied and pasted)

“The Book of Enoch was extent centuries before the birth of Christ and yet is considered by many to be more Christian in its theology than Jewish. It was considered scripture by many early Christians. The earliest literature of the so-called “Church Fathers” is filled with references to this mysterious book. The early second century “Epistle of Barnabus” makes much use of the book of Enoch. Second and Third century “Church Fathers” like Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, Origin and Clement of Alexandria all make use of the book of Enoch. Tertullian (160-230 C.E) even called the Book of Enoch “Holy Scripture”. The Ethiopic Church even added the book of Enoch to its official canon. It was widely known and read the first three centuries after Christ. This and many other books became discredited after the Council of Laodicea. And being under ban of the authorities, afterwards it gradually passed out of circulation”.

In my opinion it is invaluable to the history of man-kind and to the history of the earth in general. We are told very briefly in Genesis chapter 6 about the sons of God coming down to the earth but the information about them is quite scanty, whereas the scribe Enoch expands on the events.

He tells us when they came down to the earth, which was during the days of Jared, his father, so logically speaking most probably before the birth of Enoch otherwise it would read during the days of Enoch. So, it would have been between 460 and 622 years after the creation of Adam and before the birth of Enoch.

Enoch was 65 years old when he fathered Methu’selah, and it says, after that he walked with God, so it is possible it was after the birth of Enoch’s son, that he was acquainted with the sons of God. So we can extend the boundaries a further 65 years for the sons of God to coming down. Between 460-687 years after Adam.

So after Enoch was about 65 years old and fathered his first son, then it says, he walked with God, so on that basis, it seems that he associated with the spirit sons from about 687 years after Adam was created until Enoch was no more at about 365 years. Hence, being with them for about 300 years before being taken and a few years with them after he had been taken, in all 413 years to their incarceration in the deserts, 1,100 after the creation of Adam.

Also in the years that followed between 687 and their incarceration under the deserts in 1,100 years which amounts to about 400 years, they enjoyed the association with the daughters of man and had many children with them. Again, according to Enoch. God put it into their hearts, (Nephelim) to turn against one another and to kill each other while their angelic fathers looked on, seeing their offspring dying and not being able to help them caused them a great deal of pain and sorrow.

It is interesting that the dates and events fit the rest of the bible. The punishment handed out to those rebellious sons of God was for the duration of “70 generations” which equals 4,900 years.  (a generation being 3 score years and 10)

Also the rebellious leaders of them were to be buried deep under the deserts in the Middle East close to the place where they came down and made an oath on Mount Hermon, until that time. Peter shows that after the resurrection of Jesus he went and preached to the angels that were confined in prison bonds. (1st Peter chapter 3v 19, 20)

The end of that 4,900 years will coincide with the end of the 6 thousand years under Satan and the beginning of the seventh day, the Day of Judgement will start under our lord Jesus. That means the incarceration would take place about 1,100 years after Adam’s creation, which coincides with the time periods of them coming to the earth. They were with Enoch for those 300 years after he fathered his son and after he was taken. It is also of interest that Enoch is known as “the scribe” meaning he wrote about these things and passed them on.

As the last day of one thousand years begins, it will start with our lord passing judgement upon these spirit sons. It shows in the Revelations to the apostle John that our lord will return and fight these rebellious spirit sons, riding into battle seated on white horses signifying righteous warfare.

They will be dealt with and cleared from the face of the earth before he prepares a place for the resurrection of “his” people to be re-united again just as he promised, “I will come again and take you to be with me”. As for all those who are still alive at that time, he will send his angels to “collect” them to join those resurrected.

In order to understand how the great tribulation upon the earth comes about we need background information. We are told by Daniel in chapter 12v1-3, the tribulation will be very great and will be a one-off disaster never to be repeated ever again. “At that time shall arise Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time; but at that time your people shall be delivered, every one whose name shall be found written in the book” But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, until the time of the end. Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.”

This tribulation is to be the “greatest time of distress and trouble since there was a nation”,  probably referring the the nation of Israel, and as we know the rebellious angels were imprisoned in the deep desserts in the middle east, where the fighting against them takes place, we can see the land of Israel is right in the middle of that area, hence the greatest tribulation in that area. But, the promise is, that everyone whose name have already been written down in the book for life shall be delivered safely. The tribulation will be a one-off tribulation and we are promised it will never happen again.

This gives us an insight as to the severity of the tribulation in the last days and also it gives us faith that as our lord is concerned about “saving” lives we can be assured it will not be him that is instigating the tribulation upon the human family as Jehovah’s witnesses preach. There is very little difference between Jehovah’s witnesses and the Islamic State, they both want to rule the earth under their terms, with them as the sole survivors, but it will never happen, Neither of these religions will rule the earth!

When our Lord’s adversary destroyed the wonderful creation of the earthly family in the beginning through envy and jealousy, he became known as “Satan”, meaning resister and he was also labelled as “the liar” the first lie was told by him. “You positively will not die if you eat from the tree”. He may have thought, why molly-coddle these humans when they should be thinking for themselves as to what is right and wrong. I could make a better job than this.

The angels had knowledge of what was right and wrong, so he may have thought, why not man? The tree was called “the knowledge of good and bad”, so Satan encouraged Eve to eat from that tree. Genesis chapter 3v4, 5, 22-24. Of course as the angels had this knowledge of right and wrong it made it inexcusable when he lied to Eve. This was a deliberate act to sabotage the human creation under our lord.

From that time onwards the earthly family came under him, Satan, and Adam and Eve were turned out of their lovely home to be cared for by Satan instead of our lord, who now became the over-lord, or god of the earth. He even had the cheek to offer the kingdoms of the earth to our lord Jesus when he came to the earth, if he did just one act of worship to him.  (Luke chapter 4v5-14) Thus proving the kingdoms over the earth really do belong to him. Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. 2nd Corinthians chapter 4v4.

Not long after this, during the days of Jared, the father of Enoch, the “sons of God” came down to the earth (Genesis chapter 6v1-14) (according the book of Enoch, 200 came down) and saw the women, how beautiful they were and wanted to have sexual relations with them and they each chose one woman, produced offspring which were called “Nephilim”, made up of both earthly and spirit in nature, they produced a new life form on the earth. So, because of the mixing of the genes, the Nephilim were freaks of nature and were very violent towards the earthly creation and threatened to wipe out the original creation of man replacing them with his own creation on the earth.

Quote from the book of Enoch chapter 10.

“And the Lord said unto Michael: ‘Go, bind Semjaza and his associates who have united themselves with women so as to have defiled themselves 12 with them in all their uncleanness. And when their sons have slain one another, and they have seen the destruction of their beloved ones, bind them fast for seventy generations in the valleys of the earth, till the day of their judgement and of their consummation, till the judgement that is 13 for ever and ever is consummated. In those days they shall be led off to the abyss of fire: and 14 to the torment and the prison in which they shall be confined for ever. And whosoever shall be condemned and destroyed will from thenceforth be bound together with them to the end of all 15generations”.

                                          End of quote.

This corresponds with the time period of the days as being one thousand years each. These rebellious angels came during the days of Jared, (according to Enoch) and were condemned by God and they were to be buried deep inside the desert areas in the middle East and  await their judgement to be punished at the end of 4.900 years, being seven generations, 7×70 years until the judgement time for them is fulfilled. Then they would finally get judgement passed upon them and they will all be destroyed. Being in the middle east where the war amongst those rebellions angels take place  Israel is situated right in the middle of things, we can just imagine how great this tribulation will be in that area, just as foretold by Daniel.

If the time periods are correct, then the beginning of the seventh day of one thousand years starts at the end of those 4,900 years after their punishment started, and they came down during the days of Jared, the fifth generation from Adam and he was born 460 years after Adam was created. So from the birth of Jared to the punishment upon the spirit sons taking place, they could have been here anytime from 460-1,100 years after Adam.

Allowing their punishment to start approximately 1,100 years after the creation of Adam, and during the days of Jared. 1,100+4,900 = 6,000)

This time period also corresponds with Daniels prophecy of chapter 9v23-27. Which covers 1519-2009 = 490 years from the time the decree goes out to restore and build the spiritual city of Jerusalem. Showing the judgement day of one thousand years under our lord starts at the end of that time period approximately starting in 2010 CE.

The prophecy in chapter 9 shows, 490 years to the anointing of a holy one, so at the end of that 490 years the holy one will be anointed as our king. The beginning of the day of judgment of one thousand years, starts with the judgment upon the household of God. 1st Peter chapter 4v17. Meaning the day of our lord starts with the judgment upon God’s spirit sons that came down to the earth and was punished and were awaiting their outcome.

The book of Enoch shows the angelic spirit sons came down on Mount Hermon where they swore an oath of allegiance to each other, and it was the same area in the deepest deserts that they were confined, so it will be in the same area where the battle will be fought, where they will be gathered together at the place called Armageddon. Mountain of Megiddo, in the Middle East, just where the war started in Syria, in 2010 and is now in its 7th year of warfare. When all pieces fit together like a big jigsaw, then it must be right!

According to the book of Enoch the rebel angel’s children the Nephelim would turn on each other and kill each other before the flood showing the condemnation starts before the flood of Noah’s day. ‘Quote,

“Proceed against the bastards and the reprobates, and against the children of fornication: and destroy [the children of fornication and] the children of the Watchers from amongst men [and cause them to go forth]: send them one against the other that they may destroy each other in 10 battle: for length of days shall they not have”. The earth became so filled with their violence that the only way to control them was to bring about a world-wide flood upon the earth, and to select a few righteous souls to survive and to start the family over again. Just one problem with this?

When the flood waters began killing all those that were not in the ark, the Nephilim’s earthly side of their nature, those who were still alive at that time, died in the waters and the spirit side broke out, (like a butterfly breaking out of a chrysalis) hence, they became the evil spirits that were on the earth when Jesus came. They could not go to the high heavens because they were half-breads so as they had been created on the earth they were confined to the earth until judgement day. We are told, Jesus preached to these spirits after his resurrection. (1st Peter chapter 3v18-21)

The fact that Jesus preached to them gives us a clue as to their chance of survival. They would have been given the opportunity to get saved through the blood of our lord, the same gift to the human family as they were partly created from the human family of women.

It was not long after the flood to clean up the earth that it again began to be contaminated by Satan. It was the great grandson of Noah, Nimrod, son of Cush, son of Ham, (Genesis chapter 10v6-15) who tried to separate the people by building a city, the city became known as Babel. (Genesis chapter 11v4-10) In order to stop them building this city and tower, and from isolating themselves away from the rest of the people, our Lord confused their languages so that they could not understand each other and the building work stopped.

The people left the city and travelled with their own people that spoke the same language as they, and so, this is how the earth became divided into different peoples and cultures around the earth today. Each group of people were given their own angelic prince to care for them, that is why it is mentioned by Daniel that Michael was the prince over his people Israel.

It is also interesting that each group took with them the ideas of building towers high into the heavens for worship and today when you look around the earth many of the people have tall towers, which resembles the Babel tower. (Ziggurats)

Even the churches and cathedrals around the earth have the same desire, to have a place of worship high in a city, as a focal point for worship.

Daniel shows that when Gabriel was sent to him, he had to fight his way through these angelic princes who would not allow him to get through to the earth so he had to get Michael to help him. This shows us, the angelic princes guard the earth and they are prepared to fight in order to keep what they have. (Daniel chapter 10v12-15, 20)

We are told in God’s word that our lord Jesus is “Lord of the Sabbath” the lord of the seventh day, Peter explains “one day with our lord is as one thousand years” so at the end of six thousand years from Adam, the seventh day begins under our lord Jesus and his kingdom. This day is also called “the day of judgement” the day when new scrolls are opened and people will be judged throughout this day of one thousand years, according to how they obey them. (Revelation chapter 20v12)

We do not know yet what these scrolls will contain but, they will change things on the earth for us, for instance man will not learn war any more and this will be enforced. Also, we shall not continue killing the animals for food or sport, in order to fulfil Isaiah chapter 2v2-5, 11v6-10.

images (6)

It will be just like it was before the flood of Noah’s day when all earthly subjects including the giant mammals were fed on the vegetation of the ground. Man have found proof of this by the melting snow in the ice caps where mammals were unearthed fully preserved with vegetation in their mouths.

These new scrolls will in turn produce a new earth just as Peter tells us in his second letter chapter 2v1-3v1-15. It also shows us that this day of our lord, the judgement will start with the household of God. 1stpeter chapter 4v17. God’s household being his spirit sons who sinned and are confined to the earth.

Daniel was privileged to see a vision of this great battle, war, which he records for us in chapter 10 also in chapter 11 the battle is mainly between the “king of the North” and the “king of the South”. Again, here, we are referring to the angelic ruling ones over the earth. The war he saw was so horrific that it made Daniel ill.

One needs logic to understand Daniel’s prophesies, the great war he had a vision of in chapter 10 makes him sick because it is too terrible to comprehend. And in chapter 11 the war is primarily between the king of the North and the king of the South. This is where one needs logic to understand these two kings. North of where? South of where?

The Jews are no longer God’s people today, they forfeited this right when they killed God’s son Jesus. Jesus formed a new people under a new covenant for life which included both Jews and gentiles. (John chapter 6 also chapter 10v16) fulfilling the laws of Moses and bringing them to a close. So the ancient city of Jerusalem today do not come into the prophesies of the end depicted in Daniel’s book.

The new spiritual Jerusalem today is world-wide just as it was formed by Jesus, when he told the Jews in Jerusalem “your house is abandoned to you” Luke chapter 13v33, Matthew chapter 23v38, and he will destroy the temple in the city and raise it up in three days anew. Here Jesus was talking about a spiritual temple   that he will raise up in the resurrection of the bride class those that make up his body. (John chapter 2v13-23.)

This is also confirmed by what Jesus told the Samaritan woman at the well, she was enquiring about the correct place one should worship and he told her recorded for us in John chapter 4v20-26 The time is coming when you will not be worshipping in either Jerusalem or this mountain because people will worship in spirit and truth. In order to worship in spirit, means no particular place of worship such as Jerusalem or the mountain in Samaria.

When we consider the areas of the angelic rulers, the earth and the earth’s heavens, so logically, this would represent those ruling in the heavens as the NORTH to the earth, and the SOUTH would represent the earth, those ruling on the earth. Does this make sense?

Yes! Really, as Satan made war upon Michael in the earth’s heavens and was defeated and hurled down to the earth with his angels, being restricted now to the earth Revelation chapter  12v7-17 Satan, no longer able to go to the heavens gives all his kingdom and authority in the heavens to another angelic one who will reign over the earth for 42 months.  Rev 13v2-10 and it was granted to him to make war upon the saints and to conquer them. Revelation chapter 11 shows how the two angelic witnesses were killed by this ruler, who is now known as “The King of Babylon”,  Becoming the head of gold in Daniel chapter 2, thus now making him the king of Babylon, THE KING OF THE NORTH, in the earth’s heavens.

So we now have two angelic kings, one in the heavens whom Satan appointed over the heavens, the king of the north and Satan who was hurled down to the earth represents the king of the south. Eventually these two kings will engage in warfare for the earth.

But until that time, the newly appointed king of the North is the head over all the other angelic kingdoms in the heavens, and he makes war upon the righteous angels that came down with Jesus

when he made his inspection visit on the church and separated them as sheep from the goats removing the sheep to a place of safety out of the spiritual city of Jerusalem. Also too, the now, king of the South, Satan, will be searching out all those righteous angels that were on the earth. This will last for the duration of the reign of the new king appointed by Satan who will reign for 42 months only.

As the 42 months comes to a close, the stone will smash the feet of the angelic kingdoms over the earth which includes all the kingdoms under the head of gold, the king of Babylon, the king of the North, hurling all the rebellious angels down to the earth. Now joining Satan here on the earth and bringing the conflict of the two kings now down on the earth.

The stone represents the kingdom of our lord, and the Sabbath day of one thousand years begins with the judgement on God’s household, his angelic ones. The heavens have now been cleansed and all the rebellious angels have been hurled down to the earth. Revelation chapter 12v12. Woe for the earth, the devil is now very angry as Revelation chapter 19v11-21 shows.

images (30)

All the angelic rulers have now been hurled down to the earth to join Satan and they will amalgamate their forces to war against our lord who will come with his armies. Eventually they will all gather together to the place called Armageddon for the final outcome where they will all meet their death. (Revelation chapter 16v16)

images (34)

They will cause a great tribulation on the earth and its inhabitants and cause us great distress and according the prophesies of Enoch, they will even use the human family on the earth to carry out their atrocities. Just like the time when Jesus was here on the earth when he was able to expel many. We have the account recorded for us in Luke chapter 8v2-4 where Mary Magdalene had seven demons expelled from possessing her, and when Jesus sent out the twelve to preach, he gave them authority to expel these evil spirits too. Then, later he sent out seventy more and gave them authority too. (chapter 10v1, 7) We have read from Daniel how unscrupulous they can be and a great time of distress will come upon the human creation. (Daniel chapter 12v1)

One account can be found in Luke chapter 8v26-38 where a man who was possessed by these evil spirits hung around the tombs harassing everyone and was very violent towards them. Jesus expelled them from the man and later the man was found  fully healed, dressed and clean sitting inside the temple fully restored to his right senses. It shows what happens when the evil spirits inhabit humans and becomes parasites who rely on us, we have been told by Enoch that this is what will happen in the last days causing a great tribulation to come upon us.

I quote from chapter 15v8-12 from the book of Enoch. 8 And now, the giants, who are produced from the spirits and flesh, shall be called evil spirits upon 9 the earth, and on the earth shall be their dwelling. Evil spirits have proceeded from their bodies; because they are born from men and from the holy Watchers is their beginning and primal origin; 10 they shall be evil spirits on earth, and evil spirits shall they be called. [As for the spirits of heaven, in heaven shall be their dwelling, but as for the spirits of the earth which were born upon the earth, on the earth shall be their dwelling.] And the spirits of the giants afflict, oppress, destroy, attack, do battle, and work destruction on the earth, and cause trouble: they take no food, but nevertheless 12 hunger and thirst, and cause offences. And these spirits shall rise up against the children of men and against the women, because they have proceeded from them.   End of quote!

(These two spirit seeds will be rivals, the Nephilim and the legitimate spirits born of the sons of God and the spirit wives given to them by God. The Nephilim will claim they are superior to their younger rivals because they were produced from the human women of the earth. So they have more right to be here on the earth.)

The seed of Satan, “the demon spirits”, will engage the services of the human family to bring about a tribulation on the earth to establish a worldwide dominion of the human family, just like the demon spirits that possessed men in the first century when Jesus was on the earth and he expelled them, so too at this time of the end they will again enter into some of the human race to fulfil their purposes to take over the world which we can see right now in certain places on the earth today where extremist groups of Moslems are trying to take over the earth. The supremacy of the world is now at stake between the seed of the Christ and the seed of the Antichrist. The seed of the righteous woman and the seed of Satan.

We are so blessed to have our lord fighting for us at this time and we know from God’s word, we will have a righteous kingdom government over us at last.

Only when these evil rebels have been dealt with shall a place be prepared by our lord to have his apostles and others that make up the first resurrection take place, and they will all be reunited with our lord. Those that are still alive at that time belonging to that group, Jesus will send his angels to COLLECT them to join up with the others. They will share in his kingdom glory over the earth for the remainder of the one thousand years and see the wonderful transformation take place to produce the new earth. Peace and a paradise will be restored world-wide.

bible-21         WHY AND HOW DID LOT’S WIFE DIE?

Genesis chapter 19 gives a very interesting account of Lot and his family. Lot, being the nephew of Abraham, took up dwelling in the city of Sodom with his wife and two daughters, but the city and surrounding cities were very corrupt and was due for destruction.

Most people have heard of the account of Lot’s wife being turned into a pillar of salt because “she looked back” according to verse 26, but no one actually reads the account accurately. They will all say she was running away from Sodom and disobeyed the angel, looked back and was killed, and there are numerous pictures on the internet which shows the destruction taking place in the background. But did it really happen this way? Were they running away at the time? NO! They were NOT!

Just imagine a storm was coming your way and you are running to get to a shelter, you can hear the roaring of the thunder and see the lightening striking, it is only human nature that you would look back just to see how close the storm was getting. Is this really what the angel meant when he told them not to look back or they would be swept away? Again, the answer is NO! It is NOT what the angel told them.

The chapter gives a detailed account of what took place when the two angels visited the city. Read the chapter with me and be amazed to actually see the truth enfolding.

19 v1 “The two angels arrived at Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gateway of the city. When he saw them, he got up to meet them and bowed down with his face to the ground. “My lords,” he said, “please turn aside to your servant’s house. You can wash your feet and spend the night and then go on your way early in the morning.” “No,” they answered, “we will spend the night in the square.” But he insisted so strongly that they did go with him and entered his house. He prepared a meal for them, baking bread without yeast, and they ate. Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom—both young and old—surrounded the house. They called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them.” Lot went outside to meet them and shut the door behind him and said, “No, my friends. Don’t do this wicked thing. Look, I have two daughters who have never slept with a man. Let me bring them out to you, and you can do what you like with them. But don’t do anything to these men, for they have come under the protection of my roof.” “Get out of our way,” they replied. “This fellow came here as a foreigner, and now he wants to play the judge! We’ll treat you worse than them.” They kept bringing pressure on Lot and moved forward to break down the door. 10 But the men inside reached out and pulled Lot back into the house and shut the door. 11 Then they struck the men who were at the door of the house, young and old, with blindness so that they could not find the door. 12 The two men said to Lot, “Do you have anyone else here—sons-in-law, sons or daughters, or anyone else in the city who belongs to you? Get them out of here, 13 because we are going to destroy this place. The outcry to the Lord against its people is so great that he has sent us to destroy it.” 14 So Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, who were pledged to marry his daughters. He said, “Hurry and get out of this place, because the Lord is about to destroy the city!” But his sons-in-law thought he was joking. 15 With the coming of dawn, the angels urged Lot, saying, “Hurry! Take your wife and your two daughters who are here, or you will be swept away when the city is punished.” 16 When he hesitated, the men grasped his hand and the hands of his wife and of his two daughters and led them safely out of the city, for the Lord was merciful to them. 17 As soon as they had brought them out, one of them said, “Flee for your lives! Don’t look back, and don’t stop anywhere in the plain! Flee to the mountains or you will be swept away!” 18 But Lot said to them, “No, my lords, please! 19 Your servant has found favour in your eyes, and you have shown great kindness to me in sparing my life. But I can’t flee to the mountains; this disaster will overtake me, and I’ll die. 20 Look, here is a town near enough to run to, and it is small. Let me flee to it—it is very small, isn’t it? Then my life will be spared.” 21 He said to him, “Very well, I will grant this request too; I will not overthrow the town you speak of. 22 But flee there quickly, because I cannot do anything until you reach it.” (That is why the town was called Zoar.) 23 By the time Lot reached Zoar, the sun had risen over the land. 24 Then the Lord rained down burning sulphur on Sodom and Gomorrah—from the Lord out of the heavens. 25 Thus he overthrew those cities and the entire plain, destroying all those living in the cities—and also the vegetation in the land. 26 But Lot’s wife looked back, and she became a pillar of salt”. End of the bible’s account.

Did you see what actually happened? The first 15 verses shows just how disgusting the city had become when even visitors to the city was not safe from being sexually abused. The next few verses show the reluctance of Lot to leave the city and he was finding it very hard to just walk away and leave everything behind. That was why the angels had to take them to the city gate early in the morning by holding onto them, they were insisting they leave right away.

But if you noticed verse 22, it holds the key to the events of the destruction that was to take place. Lot did not want to flee to the mountains so he asked the angel if they could flee to the nearby town of Zoar instead, this, the angel granted them. This city was a short distance from Sodom. Note! The angel tells them 21 He said to him, “Very well, I will grant this request too; I will not overthrow the town you speak of. 22 But flee there quickly, because I cannot do anything until you reach it.” (That is why the town was called Zoar.)

23 By the time Lot reached Zoar, the sun had risen over the land. 24 Then the Lord rained down burning sulphur on Sodom and Gomorrah—from the Lord out of the heavens. 25 Thus he overthrew those cities and the entire plain, destroying all those living in the cities—and also the vegetation in the land.

Yes! The angel is very explicit here, “I cannot do anything until you reach the city”. So by Lot’s wife looking back to see the destruction is NOT RIGHT! It also shows they reached the city before the destruction started. So how did Lot’s wife get caught up in the destruction as stated in verse 26, “but Lot’s wife looked back”?

The destruction did not start until AFTER they reached Zoar and was SAFELY INSIDE the city. Then the destruction started. The picture of the destruction in the background while they were fleeing is TOTALLY WRONG!
Just imagine being with a group of people and one of them says, don’t look now but so and so is behind us, it is only human nature to turn your head to see, and in Lot’s case, there would have been nothing to see by turning around to look because they were told the destruction would not even start until they reached safety anyway.

So how did Lot’s wife “look back” and was killed when she was safely inside Zoar?
She looked back in her heart longing for her home and possessions and allowed that longing to override her actions and she left the city of safety without telling her family and was caught up in the destruction. We know Zoar was only a few hours away, as the account shows, they left Sodom as the sun came up and reached Zoar when the sun had risen high. The destruction of sulphur that rained down could be likened to a very heavy snow storm, when the snow sticks it can cover you quite quickly disorienting a person, and the sulphur would have affected her breathing. “A pillar of salt” indicates she was stood upright and became covered very quickly.

The conclusion being, Lot and his family did not want to leave Sodom as they had settled down well in that city so they found it hard now to leave everything behind and to walk away from it all, that is why the angels told him, do not look back referring to looking back in their hearts at what they were leaving behind but to go forwards to a new life. The angel certainly was not saying don’t look back at the destruction taking place because nothing was going to happen until they reached safety anyway.

Luke’s reference to Lot in chapter 17v28-32 shows the Jews fully understood what happened to Lot’s wife. “Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot–they were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building, but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire and sulphur rained from heaven and destroyed them all–
so will it be on the day when the Son of Man is revealed.
On that day, let the one who is on the housetop, with his goods in the house, not come down to take them away, and likewise let the one who is in the field not turn back.
Remember Lot’s wife”. (ESV)

Thus confirming the events of what happened to Lot’s wife, she tried to return to her home to retrieve something without telling her husband, hence behind his back, she may have thought it is a short distance so she could make it without anyone knowing, and she was caught up in the destruction. Had she remained in the safety of Zoar, she would not have died.

It was the same promise that was made to Rahab the harlot, when she saved the two spies in Jericho, all those within her house were promised safety, but only if they REMAINED inside, but if they left the safety of her house they were not under the promise of safety. (Joshua chapter 2v1-22)

This shows how very important it is to read every word and not to jump to your own conclusions especially if you are teachers of God’s word.

bible-21             SNIPPETS OF INTEREST!

While we await for the new heavens to be fully set up we could take a look at a few snippets of information from the bible which has confused many people in the past.

For instance, what exactly does 1st John chapter 3v2 actually mean when Christ appears, we shall be like him?

John writes: ~ “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.  All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure”.

There has been a great deal of controversy concerning Jesus “appearing” John says, we shall be like him and we shall see him. The majority of people think when he appears he will be of the spirit and his close friends would be like him, of the spirit.

It was not the time for John to know the details, but, now our understanding has become a lot clearer and we need to examine this logically.

To “appear” is to be seen, just as Jesus appeared to his apostles on many occasions after his resurrection, appearing as a man he said to them look and touch me I am not a spirit, because you can touch and feel me. He also met them when they were fishing and ate a meal with them, again spirits do not eat food. There is no record of Jesus appearing to them as a spirit in a glorious body only in the form of a man.

Spirits appeared to Abraham and his nephew Lot as men and he thought they were travellers passing by.

So when John says, “when he appears we shall be like him”, he is NOT saying we shall be spirits with him, but we shall see him the same as us in human form, we shall be like him, or, he will be like us.

But, the account we are told of in the revelations to the apostle John “when he comes in glory then this coming will be a glorious sight. Every eye will see him even those who pierced him” as the revelations to John are “spiritual or heavenly dramas this sighting too is of the spirit”.  Revelation chapter 1v7.

But who are those referred to as” those who pierced him”? Obviously it is not referring to the Jewish men who had him killed because they are still asleep in the grave, so logic dictates, it must be referring to the angelic ones who procured his death. So when he comes in glory, the angels will see him coming in the clouds not mankind. Humans cannot see someone who is spirit unless they reveal themselves nor can they see “in the clouds” because just as in the first century, the cloud hid Jesus from the apostle’s sight as this account shows.

In Acts chapter 1v9-11 Jesus met with his apostles to say goodbye to them and as he was taken up in a cloud he was hidden from the apostle’s sight. “They were still gazing into heaven as he went, two men stood by them in white robes and said, men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way you saw him go into heaven”.

One needs logic, which is common sense to fully understand just what the two men in white were saying to them. They said that Jesus will come in the same way as they saw him go. The apostles saw Jesus the man being taking up then the cloud hid him, and they did not see him any more, but the men said, “As they saw him go”. So he will return in the form of a man just as the apostles saw him going. Even the two men that were dressed in white were in the form of men.

Also it is interesting to note, the apostles were looking into heaven, of course this could not possibly be the high heavens where our father’s abode is, but, Genesis chapter 1v6-8, explains the area above the surface of the earth is called “heaven” or to us the “sky”. So, the sky is the heavens, the earth’s heavens.

Another point of interest is, when Jesus entered into Jerusalem riding on an ass, before his death, he rode in according to the custom of offering himself as the king and was accepted as the king of the Jews. The kingdom of David was given to him and after his death and resurrection his apostles asked him, “are you restoring the kingdom back to Israel” at this time? Thus showing they were still under the gentile nations and had been since 605 BC. We know the kingdom of Israel will be restored under our lord Jesus as an “EARTHLY KINGDOM” ruling on the earth just as king David did but in “spiritual Zion”.

Zechariah chapter 9v9 says, “Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; he is just and having salvation, lowly and riding on a donkey, a colt, the foal of a donkey. Also Matthew chapter 21v2-3

“saying to them, “Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Loose them and bring them to Me. “And if anyone says anything to you, you shall say, `The Lord has need of them”. So, Jesus will return as a man to meet his wife.

So, in answer to John’s word, “when Jesus appears we shall be like him and we shall see him as he is”, as no mention of his appearing being after the resurrection of the apostles and others, we shall see the man Jesus and we shall be like him means we must still be human in form and Jesus appearing will also be in human form.

Adding to this is the statement in Revelation chapter 21v9-15 which says: ~ “ One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.”  And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.It shone with the glory of God, and its brilliance was like that of a very precious jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal.  It had a great, high wall with twelve gates, and with twelve angels at the gates. On the gates were written the names of the twelve tribes of Israel.  There were three gates on the east, three on the north, three on the south and three on the west.  The wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb”.

In the model prayer Jesus taught his people, saying, “pray then this way” Our father who art in the heavens, let your kingdom come, (over us on the earth) and let your will take place on the earth as it does in the high heavens, over your own household. (Matthew chapter 6v10) This was in answer to the request of his apostles, “show us how to pray”. Note! Jesus says pray “this way” it was the way to pray, a guide or a model to work from as to how to pray. The apostles asked him, “teach us how to pray” and not tell us what to pray.

Okay I have worded it a little differently to give it more understanding and as Jesus says in verse 7, “do not say the same things over again in prayer, reciting the same words but give your prayer meaning as coming from your heart”. He did not intend to have his recorded words recited as a prayer to be repeated over and over again, as the churches teach but he was giving the gist of “how” to pray and what to pray for.

A prayer is a conversation between us and our heavenly father and if a prayer comes from our heart we cannot really recite someone else’s prayer because it will not be our prayer.

Just as when Jesus prayed, “give us today our daily bread”, on reciting these words, do you know and understand what this “daily bread” is and what it means? If you do not fully understand what they mean and you recite them, then your prayer becomes meaningless to you and to our God.

Of course Jesus was not talking about the physical food that sustains us, he was referring to the “spiritual bread”, which is taking in knowledge of our father and the one he sent forth Jesus Christ as recorded for us in John chapter 6 where he refers to himself as the “living bread” that came down from heaven and anyone eating of this “living bread”, which is represented by the body of our lord, will attain eternal life. So the daily bread Jesus was referring to in his model prayer was a full daily supply of spiritual food.

In fact Jesus expands on this point even further in that same chapter of John while talking to the Jews he stated, they all ate the manna (bread) in the wilderness but they still all died, but all who eat from the living bread (Jesus Christ) will live. It is also of interest to note that what is referred to “as the lord’s prayer” taken from Matthew chapter 6 and used in talking to our heavenly father, does NOT include the words “for thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, forever and ever AMEN” these words have been added by church leaders, so anyone reciting the whole prayer is not just reciting Jesus words but also the added words by the church leaders.

God’s kingdom was and still is very important to Jesus in fact he wanted this kingdom so badly over the earth that Satan, knowing of his strong desires was said to offer Jesus all the kingdoms over the earth if he worshipped him, so why will God’s kingdom be so different for us on the earth? Peter refers to it as “a new heavens” which in turn will produce a “new earth”. (2nd peter chapter 3v13)

So what did Peter mean by a “new heaven’s and a new earth”? A new heaven’s indicates that the old heavens will be done away with and replaced with a new one. Let God’s holy spirit light up his word to us.

images (9)It will be a completely different set up from what we have had over the past 6 thousand years, this “new heavens” will have “one king ruling over the whole of the earth” and not multiple rulers over different areas as shown in the book of Daniel chapter 10. So how did this old set up come about in the first place?

It goes back to the beautiful garden home that our lord provided for our first parents when he created everything perfect and placed them in the garden home. The tenancy agreement had just one stipulation, not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and bad. It seemed such a simple request. But one of our lord’s heavenly brothers, the one that became Satan, was an envious and jealous person who wanted to take over and do things his way instead.

The spirit sons already had knowledge of good and bad, so it was inexcusable that he should be devious and seduce the woman into disobeying her husband Adam and to eat off the tree. (Genesis chapter 3v22-24)

Satan may have made the comment, why molly-coddle these people giving them all these wonderful provisions, how do you know they really appreciate them? Put them to the test. I could make a better ruler over them if you let me test them, I will prove to you that I could get them to sin.

He had the knack of knowing the thoughts of the hearts of the human family even from the beginning, he knew Eve wondered what it would be like to know and understand everything just like their creator, and this is just what Satan used, he told Eve, she would be “just like God knowing good and bad” and that was why he did not want her to eat from that tree. With the temptation laid, he just waited for it to take root and the sin would take place.

This was the same ploy Satan used throughout history, even with the temptation of Jesus by offering him his heart’s desire, ALL the kingdoms over the earth. James chapter 1v14 explains this more fully. “Everyone is drawn out and tested, or entised, by their own desires, when fulfilled, it produces sin”. Showing each and everyone one that make up the body of our lord will be tested in this way by our own individual desires.

Another one of Satan’s conquests was Peter, he loved our lord Jesus so much he said he was even prepared to die for him and that he would never desert him. (Mark 14v31) But in Luke chapter 22v33,34. Jesus says that Peter will deny him three times before the cock crows in the morning. This fear of man was planted in Peter’s heart by Satan. Just as Satan entered into Judas to betray Jesus recorded for us is Luke chapter 22v3. Satan knew of Judas’s love of money and wealth and he used this desire to be given money by the scribes to betray Jesus.

Which brings us to Jesus words to his apostles in Luke chapter 22v31 “Satan had demanded to sift you all as to wheat”. Again showing all those who make up the body of our lord Jesus will be severely tested by Satan using our own individual desires. This may seem a little unfair but when we remember all those that make up the first resurrection will all have been tried and tested beforehand, and are granted eternal life and once that had been given, this gift, it will not be taken away. Again, some may feel why should Satan be allowed to demand to tempt them, if their names have already been written down in heaven they have already been chosen by God to assist his son.

Of course this too goes back to the garden of Eden where Satan was made the “overlord” of the earth for those six days. (6 thousand years) In fact Jesus expands on this by saying in John chapter 14v30 “the ruler of this world is coming and he has no hold on me”. Yes! Satan cannot “sift Jesus as to wheat” because Jesus was not the earthly product of the human family of flesh and blood but his life was transferred into the womb of Mary, which was used to incubate the life. So technically speaking Jesus was not a part of the human race of Mankind that had been handed over to Satan and this was why when Satan offered Jesus all the kingdoms over the earth, Jesus did not say, “they do not belong to you to give” because Jesus knew Satan had been given the rulership.

Satan also knew that Jesus would end up as the king and ruler over the whole of the earthly kingdom, so he was saying in effect, why bother waiting another two thousand years to achieve your desire when you can have it all now. I will give you all these kingdoms if you do one act of worship to me. Again proving the present set up over the earth as having multiple kingdoms over different people just as Daniel chapter 10 shows.

It was after their sinning against our lord, that our heavenly father may have granted Satan power of attorney over the earth for six days to see what he could do, six days being 6,000 years (2nd Peter 3v8) as Satan had boasted he could make a better job than our lord, our heavenly father may have said, okay I grant you power over the earth, lets see what you can do, then for the seventh day, the Sabbath, the earth will return back to our lord.

We have seen just what Satan have achieved during his reign, he has ruined the earth and we have never had peace on the earth. He has totally changed the face of man, in fact, how can we ever achieve peace when even the angels ruling us in the earth’s heavens war against each other. (Daniel chapters 10 and 11)

The rebellion started with Satan, and soon spread to other sons of God coming to the earth and taking the daughters of humans to have offspring with them, which became known as Nephelim, sons made up by mixing the two life forms of spirit and flesh and blood. Our heavenly father stepped in and brought about a cleansing, causing a world-wide flood in which only a small number were saved. So, Satan was foiled from taking over the human creation and replacing them with his seed the Nephelim.

Satan now uses a different ploy in order to destroy the flesh and blood creation from flourishing. He used the same tactics he used on Eve, and as the humans are now under him, he entered into Nimrod, who was Noah’s great grandson, and persuaded him to build a city to “keep all his people separate from the rest of the human race” this was actually going against our God, who instructed to spread out and fill the earth. (Genesis chapter 11v4-9) Our heavenly father stepped in once again and foiled Satan’s efforts and stopped the building work on the city to isolate and contain the people in one area, he confused the people by changing their languages so that they could not understand each other and the building work stopped.

This was the start of segregating the people into different nations with different languages. Now Satan can offer his spirit brothers, kingdoms over the earth if they obey him. This is the set up we have been under for the past six thousand years, ruled over by the rebellious sons of God. Also, this is why a new heavens is needed, a new ruling system over the earth under one kingdom under our lord Jesus. It will take time to undo all Satan’s work but in time it will produce a new earth. He will unify the people into one people again with no language barriers or nationalities but one complete human creation.

This will be a tremendous challenge for our lord to bring all the human population together under one king, one kingdom and the king’s consort, his wife.

Replacing Satan’s kingdom of inherited sin and death for our lord’s kingdom of inherited eternal life.

For the past 6,000 years we have been ruled over by Satan and the angelic princely ruling nations, but the time has come for the “new heavens” to take over as Peter shows us in 2nd Peter chapter 3v13 and Isaiah chapter 65v17-25.

images (11)There are many things written in God’s word, which the church leaders do not teach you. But we need to know and understand God’s purposes for the earth and for our future. Everything has been recorded and preserved for us so it is only right we examine them carefully.

When we think of the wonderful sacrifice William Tyndale made in order to give us the bible in our own language, we can acknowledge and honour him by reading it. Don’t let his life be in vain, he was killed and burned ot the stake for this love for God’s word and wanted everyone to read and to have and own their own bible.  So let the light of God’s Holy Spirit SHINE upon his words and open them up for you to understand.

images (9)

Daniel chapter 10 gives us a glimpse into the power which these ruling angels have had over the earth, when Gabriel was sent to Daniel he was stopped by the angelic princes who governed the earth. They would not allow Gabriel to pass through to visit Daniel. It shows just how violent they were in protecting their earthly reign, in verses 13-15, 20-21 it states how the prince of the kingdom of Persia spent three weeks blocking Gabriel’s   access in reaching Daniel, and Gabriel tells Daniel, how he had to send for Michael, who was the prince over God’s people to help him through and now he will have to return and fight against not only the prince of Persia but also against the prince of Greece too.

Which brings us to the question, what happened to the angels that sinned before the flood of Noah’s day? Nothing is said about them in Genesis but Jude speaks of them and their punishment. He says in Jude v5-8, “And the angels that did not keep their own position but left their proper dwelling have been kept by him in eternal chains in the nether gloom until the judgment of the great day”. (RSV)

Also Peter in his 2nd letter chapter 2v4 shows. “For God did not spare the angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of nether gloom to be kept until the judgment day”. (RSV)

It is logical to assume, that both Jude and Peter knew of the book of Enoch and was familiar with it in order to quote from it, which was said to be included in the Jewish texts, and it also shows the angels that sinned were called “watchers” in the book of Enoch, because they “watched the daughters of men and lusted after them”.

They left their positions in the high heavens to come down here to the earth, even taking wives for themselves, so their punishment would be to cast them out of the high heavens completely, not allowing them to return, so they had to go somewhere, and the offspring they produced were made up by mixing the two creations, spirit with human, hence producing a new creation of beings which the bible calls the “Nephelim”. On the death of their human side, (inheriting death from Adam meant they were prone to death) the spirit side of their creation left their bodies because they were not prone to death, so that they became, the evil spirits that were on the earth when Jesus was here, again, according to Enoch.

Not pure angelic in nature due to the mixing of the genes, these spirits were now confined to the earth as earthbound spirits and they inherited eternal life from their spirit fathers. Hence it states in Genesis chapter 6v4 “the Nephelim were on the earth in those days, and afterwards”, so these spirit half-breeds were still called Nephelim even after the flood of Noah’s day.

They will have to remain here on the earth until judgement day. But having a completely different life-form they were able to live separately from man and at times they would become parasites to them instead, using them for their own purposes. Just like they did in the days of Jesus where he expelled many who had possessed man. Also many of them referred to the judgment day while talking to Jesus.

For instance some of their questions were: ~
have you come to torment us before the judgment day? And have you come to destroy us before the judgment day?

Again, both Jude and Peter as well as all the wicked spirits on the earth mention a “judgment day, Peter refers to this judgment day as “beginning with God’s own household, his angels. (1 Peter chapter 4v17) This is the judgment day the wicked spirits speak of.

So now we have two creations of life forms on the earth, the “seed of the heavenly woman” humans made up of flesh and blood and the “seed of Satan” made up of the Nephelim of which the prophecy in Genesis chapter 3 states, there will be animosity between them. Although they will live separate lives, they will encroach upon the human family at times just like they did in the days of Jesus. This also explains why some people have said to have seen ghosts or aliens, apparitions, not fully materialised because they do not have the “human genes” but people have felt them as creepy and are scared to enter places at times.

The cleansing of the heavens in preparation for the “new heavens” under our lord Jesus, means that all the ruling ones would have to be removed from the earth and the earth’s heavens. Another very interesting point is, all the spirits speak of knowing who Jesus was, they referred to him as the “son of the most high”.

We know that after Jesus had been resurrected on the third day as a spirit, he went to preach to these very angels that had sinned before the days of Noah, and all the spirits in prison bonds. Peter tells us this in his 1st letter 3v18-20. So, why would Jesus go and preach to these ones? Was there hope at the end of their punishment for some to repent?

But what of the half-breeds, the Nephelim? Jesus preached a message of hope to them so that they might put faith in him and get saved through his shed blood and live. So Yes! We have evidence that some had already showed respect for him when Jesus was on the earth. They are living on the earth but separate from us, but as they too have earthly connections, they too can get saved through the blood of the lamb, Jesus Christ. Having a different life form includes they do not need food to sustain them, neither do they need sleep, we have a reminder of this when Jesus was here on the earth, he was a perfect man without inherited sin and death and he would take his trusted close friends into the garden or onto the mountain where he would spend the night in prayer, but, his friends always fell asleep.

Mark chapter 5v2-17 tells us what happened when Jesus talked to one of these demon spirits, where the spirit inside the man tells Jesus his name was “Legion” because there are a great many of them. But verse 6-7 is especially interesting to us because it helps us to understand why Jesus would want to preach to these half-breed spirits. Those verses say “and when the man who was possessed saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshipped him, and the spirit that controlled him was crying out with a loud voice and said ‘what have you to do with me, Jesus, son of the most high God? I adjure you by God, do not torment me”. (RSV)

The amazing thing about these words are the fact that this man that was possessed by the spirits obviously wanted to worship Jesus but he was bound by the evil spirits that had entered into him. The spirits wanted to be set free from the life they had and asked to be sent into a herd of swine rather than be in torment like this. The account shows that after the spirits had gone into the herd of swine, the man, now free of them, was found clean and well dressed and was able to worship in the temple. So there might well be many more spirits that want to be set free too. So Jesus preaching to these spirits would give them a hope for the future, a way out. Why would Jesus preach to them if there were no hope for them? He was giving them a chance to get saved.

This city of “Petra” in the desert plains of the Jordan have had scientists baffled for many years, how on earth was it built? No one really knows the answer. One can go deeply inside the entrance and there is a marvellous interior and wonderful mosaics. cut into solid rock could it have been built by the spirits, Nephelim, for their place of worship to our lord? Also the sheer solid rock that the temple had been carved out of and the passage leading to it proves it to be out of man’s reach and as the book of Enoch shows the disobedient spirit sons were cast deep in the desert plains with piles of rocks upon them.

Although our churches depicts a cross high over the entrance of our places of worship, the temple in Petra depicts a crown of royalty over its entrance. It is also interesting to note, “Petra” is the Greek word for “Rock” and Jesus said he will build his church upon the “rock” meaning himself. Many have misread these words and claim Jesus was talking about building his church upon “Peter” but of course Peter is “Petross” masculine and “Petra” is feminine in the Greek language.

The confusion comes from not reading the account with logic, or common sense, read Matthew chapter 16v16-18 with me now, Jesus is speaking to Peter and he asks him a question, “who do people say that I am”? Peter tells Jesus , they say you are the son of the living God, Jesus then tells Peter that it was his father that has revealed this to him. While still conversing with Peter, he confirms who Peter is, “and you are Peter!” Then Jesus continues, “and upon this rock I shall build my church and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it”. Jesus will build his church upon himself as the rock. He certainly does not say, I will build my church upon you Peter. Of course there are many scriptural references to the church being based upon Jesus, such as, John chapter 2v19-23 , “the temple of Jesus body”. Jesus being the chief corner stone and his apostles are the 12 foundation stones with the temple being built up upon these foundations. Ephesians chapter 2v20, Isaiah chapter 28v16,17, 1st  Peter chapter 2v6, John chapter 14v6, and Acts chapter 11v20,21.

The blessings through Jesus were given to the Jews as firstfruits to the kingdom, then opened up to the gentiles in 36 CE to put faith in Jesus through his shed blood, so why not the Nephelim creation too that inhabit the earth and are confined here through no fault of their own when their fathers sinned? They were brought into this new covenant arrangement through his blood so where will they fit in? The Nephelim are the creation of the spirit and of flesh and blood so as an earthly creation they need a chance to be included into the new covenant with Jesus.

In fact this helps us to understand other scriptures for instance Revelation chapter 7v9 where it shows “a great multitude which no man could number” these are clothed in white robes which is a sign of righteousness. When John asked the angel “who are these clothed in white robes and where do they come from”? He is told, “these are those who have come out of the great tribulation; and have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the lamb.

Therefore they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night within his temple; and he who sits upon the throne will shelter them with his presence”. (RSV) Yes! They have come out of the great tribulation, caused by the war at the place called “Armageddon”, the destruction of the ruling angelic spirits who have had charge over the earth. This is God’s judgement over his own household.

Again, this is very interesting because it states, this secondary group that make up the first resurrection (Rev 7v9) will serve day and night “within” his temple. Now we know Jesus told his apostles that they make up the temple, so this secondary group will be taught by the temple ones, those within the temple, of anointed ones, Jesus being the chief corner stone and the apostles are the twelve foundation stones that the temple is built upon. 1st Corinthians chapter 3v16, 6v19, 1st Peter chapter 2v5. So as this secondary group are those born of earthly women and spirit sons, Nephelim, they will be given a resurrection of flesh and blood so they will experience life as humans and their inherited life of spirit from their fathers will be killed off and removed. They will hunger no more (for spiritual food) and be shown the living waters and God will wipe away their tears, and  they will be granted to become the newly adopted 12 tribes of Israel who will live in heavenly  Jerusalem as the Israelites lived in ancient Jerusalem and who took spiritual teachings from the temple. These ones had never experienced life as true humans before so they will need to be taught and judged just as the Israelites of old were under judgement. Luke chapter 22v30.

This mirrors the old ancient city of Jerusalem, which was God’s city on the earth where          his people the Israelite’s resided and worshipped in the temple which was inside the great walls. The “new” city heavenly Jerusalem, heavenly Zion will have its king residing in person and not just a presence behind a curtain in the most holy part of the temple as ancient Jerusalem. He will have his bride, now his “woman” the temple, proudly standing in the middle of the city, with the adopted sons of Israel living and worshipping in the temple.

The adoption of the “new spiritual tribes of Israel” that will reside in “heavenly Zion”, being referred to as a great crowd (Revelation chapter 7v9) is very interesting because they too mirror the adoption of the ancient tribes of Israel.

The parallel being, Moses was sent to Egypt to take the Israelites out of slavery by adoption and they were given the wonderful land of “milk and honey” by their God, he became their king and cared for them., fought their battles, and loved them. When the ancient city of Jerusalem was built their God’s presence was felt within the temple where he took care of them.

Now, the greater Moses, our lord Jesus went to the Nephelim spirits that were in slavery on the earth with no identities of their own so to speak, he offered them an adoption as his sons and take them to the land of “milk and honey” in heavenly Zion as his spiritual sons of Israel. There to be cared for by their king Jesus Christ and his women of helpers.

But what will the outcome be for the two groups of Israelites? The ancient Israelites were constantly rebellious and they ended up actually killing their God’s son Jesus who came to the earth to bless them and to release them from all the laws they were under.

Will the spiritual sons of Israel turn out differently? It shows they will be judged for the duration of Jesus reign by his apostles who will be sitting on thrones with their lord Jesus, so I wonder how they will fare? (Luke chapter 22v30) They had never really lived, as humans of flesh and blood so this new life will be so different for them.

This great tribulation at the beginning of the day of judgement (the beginning of the seventh day where our lord is the lord of the sabbath) is only directed at God’s own household, his spirit sons, the heavenly ones who are with the last ruler over the earth, the king of Babylon, who gathers fellow spirits to help him make war against Jesus and his angels. But of course it will affect us too, we shall have tribulation, just as when the spirits entered into humans in the first century to hide away from the war.

In fact the book of Enoch mentions these evil spirits where he says in the last days the evil spirits will enter into humans just as they did in the first century and they will cause havoc.

Enoch chapter 15v6-12 states : ~  “But you were formerly spiritual, living the eternal life, and immortal for all generations of the world. And therefore I have not appointed wives for you; for as for the spiritual ones of the heaven, in heaven is their dwelling. And now, the giants, who are produced from the spirits and flesh, shall be called evil spirits upon the earth, and on the earth shall be their dwelling. Evil spirits have proceeded from their bodies; because they are born from men and from the holy Watchers is their beginning and primal origin; they shall be evil spirits on earth, and evil spirits shall they be called. As for the spirits of heaven, in heaven shall be their dwelling, but as for the spirits of the earth which were born upon the earth, on the earth shall be their dwelling”.  Also, “they take no food, but nevertheless 12 hunger and thirst, and cause offences. And these spirits shall rise up against the children of men and against the women, because they have proceeded from them”.

The angelic king of Babylon whom Satan appointed over all his kingdom promises the rebellious angels a kingdom of their own if they join forces with him in this Great War. Now this is a typical ploy used by Satan from the beginning, where he promises to reward them if they worship him, in fact he did the same to Jesus, bow down and worship me and I will give you all these kingdoms on the earth. (Matthew chapter 4 v1-11(Dan 11v39-40)

images (1)All who wage war against Jesus are all killed and placed into the furnace and Satan will be placed in the abyss until the end of Christ’s reign of the thousand years. (Rev 18v19-21 Rev 16v12-16)images (38)But the spirits who had been confined to live among mankind (the Nephelim) were actually a part of this tribulation during and after the battle at Armageddon, because they are earth bound they would have suffered greatly. It is only AFTER the main part of the tribulation upon the angelic forces comes to an end, that these spirits who had been confined to the earth see the sign of the son of man in heaven. This too is very interesting      because Jesus is referred to as “the son of man” as a man, and not as a mighty spirit that wars with the rebellious spirit sons which indicates they will see him after the war.

When he comes on the clouds of heaven he sends his angels to gather ones from the four corners of the heavens and Mark says from the uppermost parts of the heavens and the earth. (Matt 24v30-31 Mark 13v27)) These spirits (the Nephelim) would then be gathered together and given the chance to be taken to life in the earth’s heavens, to God’s throne where they worship him around his throne and the others will remain in prison bonds. (1st Peter 4v17) (Rev 7v9) The day of judgement had come upon God’s own household, who were all destroyed, but as for the Nephelim that were judged, many were found worthy of a righteous resurrection inside the heavenly Jerusalem alongside the bride of Jesus thus they were given “white robes”. No more will they be outcasts and have a terrible outlook upon their lives, they will be blessed and will be freed from their fears.

Those not repentant would most probably be placed in the Abyss alongside Satan, so that when he is released, it shows a great army with him will attack the new city of righteousness. They could not possibly be returned to the earth because the earth is going to be reformed into a wonderful paradise under our lord Jesus, the king of the whole new heavens and the earth.

Common sense dictates those ones being gathered from the heavens could not possibly be the kingdom seed at this time because they would not have been resurrected and could not be gathered from the heavens, they will not be resurrected until after all the disloyal angels have been dealt with, the heavens cleansed and a place prepared for them, then they will be gathered all together as one complete body to meet their lord. (1st Thes 4v15-18) It shows in Rev 8v1 that there will be “silence in heaven” this takes place when the heavens have been totally cleansed of all the rebellious angels, then there will be peace, both in the heavens and over the earth.

It is at this time that John sees a wonderful sight, he saw “the holy city, new Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband” , “behold the dwelling of God is with men. He will dwell with them and they will be his people”. (Rev 21v2-15)

Out of interest a certain religious body teach the multitude coming out of the great tribulation mentioned in Rev 7v9, are they themselves who will live on the earth. They teach everyone will be destroyed by their god except them, and they represent this “great crowd” as they call themselves in their bible. But, come on, read it correctly please! If this group are earthly and living here on the earth, they could not possibly go into the heavens and be with God worshiping him around his throne could they?

Also the tribulation this group comes out of is the heavenly tribulation upon the angels not the human family. Another point of interest too is, the multitude are clothed in white which is a sign of righteousness, but the earthly family are not righteous they are sinners, and they will not be classed righteous until after the thousand years ends.

Also, even another point of interest here is, the whole human family will not be destroyed because they have not had their day of judgement yet, which lasts for the thousand year reign of Jesus. They will not be judged worthy of life until after that time ends, so the great crowd, as this religious body calls themselves are not being gathered at this time, only the first harvest, those whose names have been written down in heaven are being gathered at this time.

Also, it is of interest to read Matt 24v30-31 correctly. It says “THEY will see the son of man in heaven and THEY will see him coming on the clouds of heaven and he will gather them from the 4 corners of the HEAVENS”.

People believe they will see this event as humans. But again how can humans look into the heavens to see the son of man there? If it was meant for us on the earth today it would read, “we will see the son of man in heaven” and not “they”. We need to read it again correctly to get the meaning and the sense of those words. The verses before it starting with verse 29 is talking of the heavenly signs that will take place at the end, it shows after the tribulation the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then “they” will see the son of man in heaven, the heavenly ones of course will see this sign, not the human family. Verses 30-31 follow the gist from verse 29 and should be read as such.

There will be many angels in the earth’s heavens who will not be on the side of the prince of Babylon and will not be gathered to the place Armageddon for warfare, but they will still have to remain until Jesus arrives for their judgement. These are the ones who will see Jesus, the son of man, coming in the clouds of heaven. Where it states “The powers of the heaven will be shaken, then they will see the son of man in heaven”.  Those of the heavens will see him.

In conclusion: ~  In order to understand how the great tribulation upon the earth comes about we need background information. We are told by Daniel in chapter 12v1-3, the tribulation will be very great and will be a one-off disaster never to be repeated ever again.

We also have the account in Mark chapter 13v19-20 which says “For those days will be a time of tribulation such as has not occurred since the beginning of the creation which God created until now, and never will. Unless the Lord had shortened those days, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect, whom He chose, He shortened the days”. As this main tribulation is directed upon God’s own household, his spirit sons, he shortens the tribulation to save the ones that have been found worthy of life amongst the spirit family, such as the Nephelim.

If this tribulation is to be the “greatest disaster since the creation”, this indicates it will be even greater than the flood of Noah’s day. But, in comparison to that time, Noah was the tenth in line from Adam so the earth’s population would have been a lot smaller than it is now. The tribulation will be a one off tribulation and we are promised it will never happen ever again.

True! According to the prophecies, it really will be the greatest tribulation because the flood of Noah’s day, was brought upon the human family and this tribulation will be brought upon God’s own household of spirit sons in the earth’s heaven and on the earth. Involving the angels, God’s own household. So it really would be a colossal tribulation which we are bound to be caught up in.

Amos gives us a foretaste of what will befall these spirit sons in chapter 9v2,3 which says: ~ “I saw the Lord standing beside the altar, and He said, “Smite the capitals so that the thresholds will shake, And break them on the heads of them all! Then I will slay the rest of them with the sword; They will not have a fugitive who will flee, Or a refugee who will escape. Though they dig into Sheol, from there will my hand take them and though they  ascend to the heaven, from there will I bring them down.”Though they hide on the summit of Carmel, I will search them out and take them from there; And though they conceal themselves from My sight on the floor of the sea, From there I will command the serpent and it will bite them.…”  They will not escape capture and punishment. (Psalms 139v8,9)

When the time is right for our anointed lord to set up his kingdom over the earth, he will have to conquer the earth first and remove all the angelic rulers from their kingdoms which have been ruling the earth for 6,000 years as shown us in Daniel chapter 2.

images (30)

Where all the kingdoms will all be destroyed in one full sweep with the stone of God’s kingdom, destroying the kingdoms but not the rulers themselves, they will gather together at the place called armageddon for the final war against our lord Jesus. Daniel chapter 2.

images (33)They are not going to give the earth up easily so they will gather eventually to the place called “Armageddon” and fight for their authority to remain. This will be the time for the greatest tribulation and never will happen again. Angelic forces fighting over the earth.

Once the earth and the earth’s heaven have been totally cleansed from all the rebel sons of God, our lord will prepare a place for his bride to live and he will come and take them to be with him as he promised his apostles.

It will be a beautiful paradise garden home where the temple of his body, his bride shall reside with him, now joined in marriage as his “woman”. But as Revelation chapter 7 shows they will not be alone, the adopted 12 tribes of Israel (which were the nephilim) will also reside in the heavenly city of Zion worshipping all together with the temple ones.

The new city of heavenly Jerusalem, or heavenly ZION will be a beautiful garden paradise home made up of TWO resurrected creations. Revelation chapter 7. Also Isaiah chapter 11v6-10 shows the wonderful conditions that the “new heavens” will produce here in the earth, making it a “new earth as Peter told us about.

The first will be the resurrected “bride class” of our lord. Those, chosen by the father and given to his son, which numbers 144000. that have had their names written down in the book of heavens from the beginning. They will also represent the “temple of his body”. They will be perfect humans in body and mind just as Jesus was when he came down to the earth, and just as Adam was in the beginning.

images (12)

The second group to be resurrected in the “first resurrection” are the “Nephelim”, children that were born of spirit and of flesh and blood, when the angels came down to the earth and sinned with the daughters of man. They will have a resurrection of flesh and blood

They had been placed in prison bonds on the earth to await judgement. After Jesus had been resurrected he preached to these spirits a message of hope and as they had earthly ties, they too would inherit life by putting faith in Jesus as their saviour through his blood. They will become the new adopted 12 tribes of Israel that will live in heavenly Zion and worship in the temple, with the anointed ones. Matthew chapter 19v26-29 states “Truly, I say to you, in the new world, when the Son of man shall sit on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel”.

1st Thessalonians chapter 4v16,17 says: ~ For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a loud command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will be the first to rise. After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the lord in the air. And so we will always be with the lord. They will all meet up as ONE complete bride class.

We will then have our lord Jesus as our king, now joined in marriage to his bride which will be his woman and the adopted sons of Israel will be the chosen half breeds of the nephilim, resurrected as fully formed humans with their spirit side removed in death as the seed of Jesus woman all residing in heavenly Zion caring for the world of mankind. This new heavens will in turn produce a new earth where righteousness will dwell with peace and security worldwide.

bible-21         THE BRIDE’S SONG.  PART 1.
Weddings are a special wonderful occasion.
898_900 (1)
The first ones to know of a marriage are the intended “bride and groom”. If the groom has gone away for a period of time beforehand and is absent, he will have to get in touch with his intended bride, so that she can prepare herself for the great day of the wedding. She will need to know the time of his return in order to be ready. So, what about the intended bride of Jesus?

Will she have this foreknowledge of his return?
Yes! She would have to know when to be ready to leave with him. Did Jesus promise to provide her with this foreknowledge of his return?
Again the answer is YES he did. Jesus has been absent from this earth for nearly 2 thousand years, so for his intended bride to be ready she will need to have prior warning of his return. Has he done this?
Yes! He has. He promised his disciples in John chapter 14 v 3, “I will come again and take you to myself” after he had prepared a place for them. Note, he will come and take them. They were not to go to him when they die, but, he will come and take them when the number is complete. Also 1st Thessalonians chapter 4v15-18  shows, those who are still alive when he returns will be “caught up together” with them, with the resurrected ones, to be caught up may signify they may not have to die first.

Jesus gave a wonderful illustration before his departure in Matthew chapter 25v1-13 of the ten maidens. Here, he explains how the bridegroom will be gone so long the maidens will all fall asleep. But, at midnight the cry will go out “here comes the bridegroom! Come out to meet him”. Take a closer look at this illustration with me.

Note! TWO announcements are made. “Here comes the bridegroom” then “Come out to meet him”.
It shows all the maidens heard the first announcement “here comes the bridegroom” . This call went out in 2002 when the fulfilment of Rev 11 took place.

At this time the Messiah had been prophesied to be here on an inspection visit as “Elijah”, who was sent prior to the return of the Christ, to prepare his people just as John was sent as “Elijah” to prepare the way for the Christ in the first century. After revealing himself to the temple class, the two witnesses were sent to these ones to open their eyes spiritually speaking and to take them out of darkness to the glorious light of the truth. But sadly, not all wanted to check what the 2 witnesses were telling them and chose to ignore them, staying in the darkness of the city.

It shows all the maidens heard the cry (v7) “come out to meet him “ this call came 3 ½   years later, 2005, after the teachings of the two witnesses ended. They ended with the war in the earth’s heavens that Satan waged upon the angels even killing some of them. Rev 12.

Come out of where? Out of their home, out of the city, Yes!  They were told to “come out to meet him” he was not going to go inside the city to collect them but they were to come out in order to meet him. It shows, half of them had not listened to the angels directing them when their eyes had been opened for certain truths to get through, they decided to ignore the light being shown to them, preferring to stay in the city of darkness instead. By doing so, they did not accumulate any spiritual oil so when the call went out to leave the city they did not fully know what to do.

So now, they saw what was happening to those leaving the city and wanted the others to share the insight of the holy spirit with them. Consequently they were told to go and study yourselves then you will have enough oil for your lamps. (the lamp being the spiritual light of the person, Revelation chapter 18 v 23 not having enough oil symbolises they would be in a spiritual darkness) because they were not ready spiritually, they stayed inside the city of darkness, which means they were not at the place where they were told to be.

While the obedient ones had gone out in search for their bridegroom, obeying the  call to leave the city, they would now need further spiritual instructions. This is when the prophesy of Jeremiah 31v31-34 takes hold which is also confirmed in Heb 8v8-12, 10v16, 17, and 1stJohn2v27 which says “but the anointing which you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that any one should teach you, as his anointing teaches you about everything and is true, and is no lie, just as it has taught you abide in him”. This anointing takes place after they leave the city of darkness and will remain with them until they are collected by their bridegroom.
More information can be found on the city of darkness in  my journals.

 http://wtjournal.livejournal.com and http://biblebrain.livejournal.com

It is also interesting to see in this illustration, the cry going out at mid-night while they were asleep and in darkness which indicates they would be in spiritual darkness when the cry goes out, that is why some had the oil and others didn’t, on awakening they would have to gather the oil and the lamps and take instruction as to where they will meet their bridegroom, which direction should they go. They were in a hurry to meet him after all this time they certainly did not want to hang around for the others to tag along half-heartedly.
Jesus also promised that his people would understand the illustrations in Mark chapter 4 v 33,34. So, has the cry gone out?
Yes! It has and the bride-class has awoken from her long sleep and they have left the city, their home and have travelled outside in order to wait for him.
                                                To be continued.
